Ayurvedic Yoga Massage integrates indian deep tissue massage and yoga stretches with special focus on breathe to bring the body to a state of harmony and alignment.

It uses oil and a root powder named calamus, the therapist uses his hands and feet to perform the massage, it is done on a floor mattress.

This massage technique is therapeutic, it helps detoxify, rejuvenate and release stress. Undergoing a series of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapy increases body flexibility and alignment and it helps improve posture and breathing.
